Introduction and Awareness to ISO 9001:2008

This 1 day course provides participants with a general understanding of the ISO 9001:2008 Q Quality Management Standard and is suitable for anyone with no prior knowledge of the Standard. Where an organisation is considering the development and implementation of an ISO 9001 Quality Management System, there is benefit in all personnel undergoing this training in order to familiarise themselves with the requirements of the Standard.
