This 1 day course provides participants with the skills to carry out internal audits under the discipline of the ISO 9001:2008 standard.  This course is not externally certificated but is designed for attendance by newly appointed Internal Auditors from small businesses where the level of audit input is low and does not justify the costs/time that would be necessary for larger organisations.

This 1 day course covers the fundamentals of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems from the Quality Manager’s perspective. It highlights the key roles that the Quality Manager has within an organisation and their responsibilities for day-to-day management, necessary for successful operation of the system.

This 1 day course provides participants with the skills necessary to implement and maintain an effective quality management system to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.  The course is designed for participants within organisations who have responsibilities for designing, developing and implementing quality management systems.

ISO 9000 business management systems require specific competencies for personnel within a business, whether simply a general awareness of the requirements of the system for all personnel or specific skills for the Quality Manager or Internal Auditors. Many companies can provide this training but it is often aimed at larger companies, who can justify the substantial cost for the formally certificated courses. If you are a small business, such courses will not be suitable.
